Hi, I'm Bianca - an HPCSA Registered Counsellor in Brackenfell, Cape Town
I work mainly with adolescents and adults navigating self-esteem and body image, young adults who feel lost in who they are and what they want from life, and couples wanting to reconnect.
I am passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s emotional challenges. I believe that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgemental space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported.
I take a compassionate and collaborative approach, tailoring counselling to each individual's unique experiences and needs. I am committed to ethical practice and to creating a trusting therapeutic relationship that empowers you to gain insight, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and meaningful life.
Feeling more confident isn't about becoming someone new. It's about finally feeling steady enough to be who you already are.

For young adults finding their footing
FEELING LOST IN WHO YOU ARE OR WHAT'S NEXT ISN'T A FAILURE, IT'S A STAGE
Out of school and unsure of the path ahead, or a few years in and still asking "is this really it?" , I work with young adults and adults untangling identity, direction, and what actually matters to them, not just what's expected of them.
On couples work
COUPLES COUNSELLING, RESTORING CONNECTION
For couples wanting to rebuild communication and feel truly connected again , slowing down to understand what's really happening beneath the surface. You don't need to be in crisis to begin, just a willingness to work on the relationship together.
