child therapy
Many challenges faced during adulted are rooted from childhood experiences. This is why child therapy is so important. It provides preventative care through practicing positive coping mechanisms and ensuring an easier transition through all the stages in life. Child therapy also promotes the growth of a positive self-image, resilience and creativity and independence.

The most common therapy technique used is in the form of play therapy as it encourages the child to openly express their emotions with the therapist and help the child practice positive coping mechanisms and communication in a fun way that encourages children to truly enjoy the work it takes in healing and improving their mental health.
